How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. US delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size — you'll always see the exact cost before paying.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Sizing & Products

How do I choose the right size?
Our shoes run true to US sizing. If you're between sizes or prefer a roomier fit, we recommend sizing up half a size. Each product page includes specific fit notes.

Are your orthopedic boots suitable for wide feet?
Yes — our Anna boots feature a roomy toe box designed for wide feet, bunions and sensitive toes.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns. If you're not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return or exchange. Items must be unworn and in original packaging.

When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.

Is my payment information secure?
