30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at brightvalleypress@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Our team will reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address.
Ship the item back. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order. Contact us and we'll guide you through it.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund - free of charge.
