Processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking email as soon as it ships.

Shipping rates and delivery times

United States: FREE shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery: 7-12 business days after processing.

Order tracking

Every order includes tracking. Use the link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays

Occasionally, carriers experience delays due to weather, holidays or high volume. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at brightvalleypress@gmail.com and we'll track it down for you.
